Laboratorio Cl\u00ednico BioReferencia, dando cumplimiento a la normatividad vigente, es una organizaci\u00f3n sin \u00e1nimo de lucro encargada de velar por la calidad y oportunidad de los servicios de los usuarios y por el cumplimiento de los deberes de los mismos; enmarcados en nuestra pol\u00edtica de Seguridad del Paciente y la Humanizaci\u00f3n de la Atenci\u00f3n.<\/p><p><strong>Los objetivos espec\u00edficos de nuestra Liga (Bio Liga) son:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Establecer mecanismos para el control de quejas que los usuarios presenten sobre deficiencias en los servicios y vigilar que se apliquen los correctivos del caso.<\/li><li>Ejercer veedur\u00edas sobre la calidad y oportunidad de los servicios, la gesti\u00f3n humana de los colaboradores y otros aspectos de la instituci\u00f3n.<\/li><li>Mantener canales de comunicaci\u00f3n con sus usuarios que permitan conocer sus PQRSF con el fin de presentarlos a las directivas de la instituci\u00f3n y que sean tenidas en cuenta para generar planes de acci\u00f3n y toma de decisiones.<\/li><li>Sugerir medidas que optimicen la oportunidad, calidez humana y calidad t\u00e9cnica de los servicios de salud y mantener un seguimiento.<\/li><li>Informar a las instancias que corresponda, la insatisfacci\u00f3n de los usuarios en relaci\u00f3n con la calidad en la prestaci\u00f3n de los
